Bring the top coverage to the mountain athlethes
In February 2016, D & D Sports produced their initial broadcast, the David and Darryl Show. It did not take long for the David and Darryl Show to grow into one of the most watched sports talk shows in the mountains. Over the first four years, the David and Darryl Show quickly transformed into the D & D Sports Network with live sports broadcasts and weekly talk shows, such as the Grind Session and House Calls, hosting football and basketball camps, college signings and real time stories that highlighted our student athletes daily.
In the beginning, D & D Sports initial coverage area included all schools in the following counties:
· Ky Counties: Lawrence, Martin, Johnson, Floyd, Magoffin and Pike. West VA schools: Tug Valley, Mingo Central, Tolsia, Logan, Chapmanville and Mann.
In 2020, D & D Sports again was on the cutting edge. With the support of our loyal followers and sponsors we accomplished two major accomplishments:
First, Broadcasting the JET SPORTS showcase with 14 games in multiple gymnasiums by two broadcast crews. Secondly, becoming only the second broadcast company to live stream the 15thRegion Tournament.
Now in 2021, D & D Sports has opened up two new satellite offices in Lousia and Hindman, KY. D &D Sports now covers portions of the 14th Region, all the 15th Region and all the 16th Region in Kentucky.
Thanks to our loyal fans and quality staff, D & D Sports will continue to promote our mountain youth.
