The Wyoming East Warriors saw their season come to an end as they fell to Williamstown, 61-51, on Thursday in the Class AA semifinals at the Charleston Civic Center.
The Yellow Jackets (21-3) used a late run to take a 16-12 lead after the first quarter of play. Wyoming East (19-4) battled back in the second frame to take a 26-24 lead into the locker room at the intermission.

Williamstown took control in the third quarter, outscoring the Warriors, 18-7, to take a 42-33 lead into the fourth quarter. From there, the Yellow Jackets were able to keep Wyoming East at bay.
For the Warriors, Talan Muscari led the way with 15 points. Konnor Fox followed with 12 points. Broc Johnson scored 11 points. Braxton Morgan had 6 points. Zach Hunt netted 5 points. Landen Hodges finished with 2 points.
Parker Schramm paced Williamstown with 20 points.
