The Westside Renegades got back on track after suffering their first loss of the season by blowing past Summers County at home, 48-22, on Friday.
Quarterback Kadien Vance once again had fantastic performance, completing 16-of-23 passes for 343 yards and 6 touchdowns. He also had 6 carries for 62 yards.
Kyler Kenneda had 120 yards and 2 touchdowns on 3 receptions while also completing 1 pass for 22 yards. Coltin Lester caught 6 passes for 117 yards and 2 touchdowns. Austin Bishop had 5 catches for 99 yards and 1 touchdown. Ethan Walls caught 1 pass for 5 yards and 1 touchdown. Jace Repass had 1 reception for 2 yards.
Noah Ellis had 4 carries for 56 yards. Jacob Toler had 8 carries for 27 yards and 1 touchdown. Bradyn Waldron had 3 carries for 18 yards. Kevin Mitchell had 4 carries for 16 yards.
Defensively, Cole Cline led the way with 11 tackles. Kameron York and Coltin Lester each had 9 tackles.
Westside (6-1) will hit the road for a showdown on Friday with the undefeated Tug Valley Panthers. It will be one of the biggest games in the Mountains and will be important to both teams with valuable playoff points.
