The Hazard Lady Bulldogs moved to 18-0 on the season as they advanced to the Elite 8 of the All A Classic in Owensboro with three wins on Saturday.

Peyton Fields got the win after allowing only 1 earned run on 7 hits while striking out 6 batters in 7 innings.
Fields also had a triple, 2 singles and 1 RBI. Mallory Combs had 2 singles and 1 RBI. Reagan Elkins recorded 2 singles. Halle Jones and Mikayla Shepherd each had a single and 1 RBI. Kaydence Stollings also had a single.

Trimble County – 1
Baylynn Roll got the win in the pitcher’s circle by allowing only 1 run on 11 hits while striking out 3 batters over 7 innings.
Elkins had a double and single. Combs had a double and 2 RBIs. Ryleigh Griffith and Braylynn Eddington had a single and 1 RBI each. Shepherd, Halle Jones, Maggie Combs and Stollings all had a single.

Whitefield Academy – 0

Griffith got the win in the pitcher’s circle after allowing no hits over 2 innings pitched.
Maggie Combs had 2 singles and 4 RBIs. Mallory Combs recorded a triple and single. Heidi Jones had 2 singles and 1 RBI. Shepherd had a double and 2 RBIs. Stollings recorded a double and 1 RBI. Griffith and Eddington each recorded a single and 1 RBI. Fields added a single in the win.
Hazard will continue tournament play on Sunday morning at 8:30 am against Green County.
