The Man Hillbillies picked up a nice win on Wednesday as they won at Mingo Central, 14-5, on Wednesday.
For Man (14-6), Landon Cantrell had 2 doubles, a single and 1 RBI. Braxton Messer had a double, 2 singles and 2 RBIs. Gavyn Cline had a double, a single and 1 RBI. Bo Thompson recorded a double and 1 RBI. Cam Gerace added a double. Hunter Gibson had a single and 3 RBIs. Luke Haney added a single and 1 RBI. Noah Maynor and Braxton Sword each finished with a single.
Cantrell got the win on the mound after allowing only 2 earned runs on 5 hits while striking out 8 batters over 5.2 innings pitched.
Dylan Vance got the loss for the Miners.
Man is scheduled to play at Belfry on Thursday.
