Three Area Teams Ranked Highly In MetroNews Baseball Poll

A few local teams had strong showings in the recent MetroNews High School Baseball poll as they all have big goals down the stretch.

Class A

The Man Hillbillies are 8th in the poll. Man has had some strong wins early this season could be a contender down the stretch.

Class AA

The Scott Skyhawks are 2nd in the Class AA poll. The Skyhawks look like a true contender for a trip to Charleston this season.

Class AAA

The Spring Valley Timberwolves are 2nd in the Class AAA poll. Spring Valley has a powerhouse squad this season and has eyes firmly on a state title.
