The Pikeville Lady Panthers saw their season come to an end with a 56-49 loss to Bethlehem in the opening round of the Sweet 16 on Thursday at Rupp Arena in Lexington.
Trinity Rowe led the Lady Panthers with 17 points and 6 assists. Kyera Thornsbury followed with 14 points. Kristen Whited added 10 points. Shyla Kidd netted 3 points in the loss.
Leah Macy led Bethlehem with 31 points and 17 rebounds.
It was a great season for the Lady Panthers, finishing with a 27-6 record, including the 15th Region Championship.
