Chapmanville Boys win in South Carolina, move to 4-3

The CRHS Boys Basketball team are south for Christmas competing in the Carolina Invitational. In their first game, the Tigers were able to pick up a 75-56 victory over the Stratford Knights from Goose Creek, SC.

Cam Blevins had a solid night for the Tigers, scoring a game high 22 points along with 3 steals and 2 assists. Joey Gollihue had another solid shooting night for the Tigers as well, scoring 21 points along with 6 rebounds. Zion Blevins had a double-double, and almost a triple-double, finishing with 10 points, 13 rebounds, and 7 assists.

Benji Adkins added a strong stat line as well finishing with 8 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists. Drew Berry had 4 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 steals. Sam Miller added 6 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists in the victory.

The win moves the Tigers to 4-3 on the season and they are back in action today, December 29th, against North Myrtle Beach High School.
