Leslie County’s Chance Collins set the school’s record in the 5K race on Saturday at Somerset.
The sophomore finished in third place overall and set a new school record with a time of 17:36.8 which bested the old record of 18:16.7.
Collins also placed first in the first ever Leslie County High School Cross Country Race on September 23.
