Harts Middle Continues Winning Ways

The Harts Middle School Lions were victorious once again last Thursday as they defeated Duval 48-14. The Lions were led on Thursday by Archer Altizer who was 8 of 11 passing and had 144 yards with 1 TD. Altizer also rushing for 38 yards and 1 TD. Easton Bender has 13 rushes for 99 yards as well as 3 receptions for 76 yards and 1 TD.

Dylan Farmer, the younger brother of CRHS’s former Cardinal Conference player of the year Kohl Farmer, led the Lions in rushing with 9 carries for 118 yards and 2 TDs. Kyler Blair had 2 carries for 11 yards and 1 TD as well as 1 reception for 36 yards.

To round out the statistics for Harts Middle School, Kayson Harless finished with 3 carries for 64 yards and 1 TD. Jaxson Vance finished with 4 receptions for 13 yards and had three 2PT Conversions. Alex Hatfield had 4 carries for 19 yards while Levi Riffe had 1 carry for 28 yards and a TD, and Easton Critchley finished with 3 carries for 41 yards.

Harts Middle who is 4-0 on the season, travels to Guyan Valley, who is also 4-0, this Thursday for a key match up in Lincoln County, WV.
