The Logan Wildcats came up short on the road as they lost to the Poca Dots, 26-20, on Friday.
The Wildcats (1-2) were plagued on the night with 6 turnovers and also had 6 drops.
Adam Baisden completed 22-of-35 passes for 291 yards, 1 touchdown and 2 interceptions. He also had 13 carries for 81 yards and 1 touchdown.
Caden Justice had 8 carries for 63 yards. Cross Conn added 8 carries for 37 yards and 1 touchdown.
Rylee Jones hauled in 7 passes for 92 yards. Justice finished with 85 yards and 1 touchdown on 7 catches. Chase Hatfield tallied 61 yards on 4 receptions. Gage Green caught 1 pass for 28 yards. Conn finished with 25 yards on 3 catches.
Kieran Tolliver had a big game defensively for Logan, racking up 18 tackles and 1 sack. Gavin Maynard added 9 tackles. Jones and Conn each had interceptions in the loss.
The Wildcats will host a powerful Winfield team on Friday at 7 pm.
