Girls Basketball In Good Hands With “Super6” Coming Up

In Eastern KY/Southern WV we have been blessed with some loaded classes of Girls Basketball players over the past 6 to 7 years. This year’s 2024 Senior class may be the most stacked group we have seen in a decade, especially at the top with Kyera Thornsbury, Trinity Rowe, Lakyn Williams and Emi Preece.

We just wanted to give you a quick reminder, Girls Basketball is in great hands with the younger classes coming up. As one group prepares to leave High School, another prepares to enter. The incoming 8th and 9th grade classes has a plethora of talent. We here at D&D Sports Network have identified six players that if they stay on the track they’re on, could all be D1 prospects before they graduate High School. We will refer to this group as the “Super6” moving forward. Their info is listed below.

“Super6”

Kylie Kinner- Paintsville (9th Grade)
Karlee Stanley- Johnson Central (8th Grade)
Mika Adams- Logan (9th Grade)
Sadie Johnson- Shelby Valley (9th Grade)
Cat Walters- Pikeville (9th Grade)
Jacee Sammons- Wayne (9th Grade)
