The Man 9-11 Little League Softball All-Stars saw their magnificent run come to an end on Tuesday as they fell to Barboursville, 9-3, in the state semifinals in Hedgesville.
For Man, Erika Mullins was 2-of-3. Carly Caserta had a double with 1 RBI and 1 run scored. Anna Belcher had a single with 1 run scored. Lydia Smith finished with a single. Macy Corns also scored a run.
Man’s run may have ended, but they had a fantastic tournament run that made their community proud.
