Boyd County freshman phenom Jaycie Goad continues to write her name all over the Lady Lions’ record book.
Goad crushed her 10th home run of the season in a 13-3 win over Fleming County on Thursday to set the Boyd County High School single season record. Earlier this season, Goad broke the old school home run record of 20 and currently sits at 28 for her career.
With her only being a freshman, Goad will have three more seasons to add to her already remarkable achievements.
The Lady Lions are currently 20-5 and will host Bath County on Friday.
