The Pike County Central Hawks pounded out 12 hits on the way to a 16-9 win over Leslie County on Saturday.
For the Hawks, Blake Hager was 4-of-5 with a double and 5 RBI. Patrick Mandrell was 2-of-5 with a double, 2 RBI and 2 runs scored. Hunter Adkins was 2-of-3 with 1 RBI and 3 runs scored. Peyton Compton was 1-of-3 with a stolen base, 3 RBI and 3 runs scored. Warren Newsome was 1-of-2 with 1 RBI and 2 runs scored. Kaden Crum was 1-of-3 with 1 RBI and 1 run scored. Cameron Shearer was 1-of-4 with 2 stolen bases, 1 RBI and 2 runs scored.
Pike County Central will next play on Monday against Floyd Central. The opening pitch is set for 6 pm.
