The Wayne Pioneers scored 19 runs over the first two innings to cruise to a dominant, 20-1 win over the Grace Christian Soliders, 20-1, on Tuesday out Wayne.
Logan Prater was 2-of-2 with a double, 3 RBI and 3 runs scored. Levi Cassidy was 2-of-2 with 3 RBI and 2 runs scored. Austin Porter was 2-of-2. Jacob Thompson, Brady Dyer, Brayden Jackson, Parker Adkins, Lucas Queen and Levi Queen all had hits.
Braxton Marcum allowed 1 hit and no runs while striking out 3 batters over two innings to get the win.
The Pioneers will battle Herbert Hoover on Wednesday.
