Sherman scored 5 runs in the bottom of the 5th inning in a 7-5 win over the Tug Valley Lady Panthers.
At the plate, Bailee Hall was 2-of-4 with a double and run scored. T Russell had a home run with 2 RBI and 1 run scored. Kinna Justice, Amelya Wellman, H Muncy, McKynnli Farley and H Newsone all had hits.
Justice was given the loss after allowing 5 earned runs and striking out 4 batters in 6 innings pitched.
Tug Valley scheduled to face James Monroe and Midland Trail on Saturday.
