Emma Lackey threw her third no-hitter of the season as the Lenore Lady Rangers beat the Burch Lady Bulldogs, 14-0, on Wednesday.
Lackey pitched 5 innings and struck out 14 batters without giving up a walk.
At the plate, Lackey also excelled. She batted 3-for-3 with a triple and home run while collecting 3 runs batted in.
Lackey also picked up a no-hitter on Monday in a 10-0 win over Martin County. Lackey struck out 9 batters in that outing.
She recorded a no-hitter last week against Kermit as well in a 17-2 win. Lackey struck out 16 batters in 6 innings in the victory over the Blue Devils.
The Lady Rangers will next play on Saturday when they battle Williamson at 1 pm.
