The Martin County Cardinals defeated the Hazard Bulldogs, 63-57, on Saturday in the WYMT Mountain Classic at Perry County Central.
The Cardinals (3-2) were led by Luke Hale’s 19 points. Peyton Davis followed with 13 points. Dray Duff had 11 points. Jacob Sturgell netted 8 points. Matthew Linville dropped in 6 points. Blake Maynard and Brayden McKenzie chipped in 3 points apiece.
Hazard (3-2) was led by Jamal Hazell’s 21 points.
Martin County will play at home on Tuesday when it faces Perry County Central at 7:30 pm.
