The 6th-ranked Mingo Central Lady Miners jumped all over Liberty-Raleigh on Monday to pick up an 80-35 win on Monday in Glen Daniel.
The Lady Miners (2-0) led 28-6 after the first quarter and 53-6 at the half to cruise to the win.
Addie Smith led the way with 20 points and 11 assists. Bella Hall dropped in 14 points. Alyssa Davis, DeLaney Grimmett, Harlee Vance and Gianna Akers netted 8 points apiece. Madisyn Curry added 7 points. Jeana Bradford had 4 points. Megan Adkins chipped in 2 points. Kate Blankenship finished with 1 point.
Mingo Central was 31-of-48 from the field, including 2-of-8 on 3-point field goals.
The Lady Miners will next play on Thursday when they host Scott at 7:30 pm.
