Paintsville’s Harris Phelps dominated the regional semifinal game against Bishop Brossart. On offensive, Phelps led the Tigers in rushing with 21 carries for 155 yards and 4 touchdowns. Phelps also led the team in receiving with 4 receptions for 64 yards.
On the defensive side of the ball, Phelps had 3 tackles and 1 interception. Phelps helped lead a Tiger defense that held Bishop Brossart to 149 yards of total offense.
