The Lawrence County Bulldogs look to get a measure of revenge on Friday when they host Greenup County in the second round of the KHSAA 2A playoffs.
Greenup County (7-4) picked up a 17-14 win over the Bulldogs (9-2) early in the season.
Lawrence County secured a 26-14 win over West Carter in the opening round of the playoffs.
Talan Pollock completed 5-of-7 passes for 108 yards and 1 touchdown. He also had an interception on the defensive side.
Dylan Ferguson, Ryan Marcum and Cody Crum all had rushing touchdowns for the Bulldogs in the win.
Greenup County knocked off Pike County Central, 47-0, last Friday.
The Musketeers were led by Tyson Sammons. Sammons completed 12-of-18 passes for 234 yards and 4 touchdowns he also had 4 carries for 71 yards.
This should be one of the better games in the mountains this weekend. The opening kick is set for 7:30 pm on Friday in Louisa.
