The Spring Valley Timberwolves rebounded from their first loss of the season by blasting visiting Capital, 64-0, on Friday.
Spring Valley (6-1) went ahead, 14-0, in the first period on a 14-yard Bruin Booth touchdown run and a Kyndon Keesee 55-yard touchdown pass from Dalton Fouch.
The second period featured a 4-yard touchdown run from Cody Shy, a 27-yard scoring run from Booth and a 2-yard run from Bailey. Fouch found Keesee on a 15-yard pass to increase the lead to 42-0 at the half.
The Timberwolves continued their dominance in the third period by scoring 22 points. First, Logan Perry scored on a 2-yard run. Spring Valley then got a safety. Booth added his third touchdown run from 16 yards away. Miguel Cain capped off the scoring with a 25-yard run.
Spring Valley gained 494 total yards, including 412 on the ground. Booth finished with 105 yards and 3 touchdowns. Capital (2-5) finished with only 45 yards of offense.
Spring Valley will host George Washington (5-2) next Friday. The opening kick is set for 7:30 pm.
