Logan Looks To Rebound At Liberty-Raleigh

The 9th-ranked Logan Wildcats look to get back on track this week after losing a tough game at top-ranked Scott last Friday. Standing in Logan’s way is a trip to face the Liberty-Raleigh Raiders.

The Wildcats (5-2) were without the services of quarterback Jaxon Cogar against Scott last week. Cogar is 86-of-138 passing for 1,082 yards, 12 touchdowns and 4 interceptions. Cogar also has 358 yards and 3 touchdowns on 69 attempts. Drew Berry filled in admirably at Scott last week and has 242 yards passing, 2 touchdowns and 3 interceptions on 23-of-39 passing.

Aiden Slack is the top receiver for Logan. He has 36 catches for 506 yards and 6 touchdowns on the season. Garrett Williamson has 396 yards and 3 touchdowns on 35 catches. Julius Clancy has 19 receptions for 259 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Liberty-Raleigh (1-5) is the loser of three straight games, including a 44-14 decision to Midland Trail last weekend.
