Burdine completed 17/25 passes for 278 yards and 4 touchdowns, he also carried the rock 14 times for 157 yards, while scoring one touchdown on the ground. On defense Burdine really stepped up in the absence of Stevie-Todd Layne, he collected 14 tackles with 9 of them being solo tackles, he has 51 tackles on the season, with an interception and a forced fumble on his resume as well.
East Ridge would move on to defeat Bath County 50-20 on the back of Burdine’s performance, the Warriors will stay in District this coming Friday as the red hot Shelby Valley Wildcats roll in to town, kickoff is set for 7;30pm.
