The Chapmanville Tigers hope to get back on track Friday. Standing in their way will be the visiting Herbert Hoover Huskies.
The Tigers (3-2) suffered a tough loss on the road at Scott but still find themselves ranked 14th in the Class AA standings. The Huskies (2-2) find themselves ranked 17th after a 56-21 win over Sissonville. Whoever wins this game will be in solid position to make it to the playoffs.
Chapmanville is led by Kohl Farmer. So far this season, Farmer has 118 carries for 614 yards and 13 touchdowns.
Quarterback Brody Dalton has had a stellar season, completing 57-of-94 passes for 733 yards, 8 touchdowns and 3 interceptions. Dalton also has 267 yards and 3 touchdowns on 46 rushing attempts.
Adam Mullins leads the Tiger receivers with 339 yards and 3 touchdowns on 24 receptions. Austin Adkins has 18 catches for 225 yards and 2 touchdowns. Jacob Topping has 12 catches for 168 yards and 2 touchdowns.
The opening kick is set for 7 pm in Chapmanville.
