The East Ridge Cross Country team had a great showing last week and posted several great times and personal bests.
After an individual win at Millard Schools 2nd Open Meet, senior Keghan Thompson set a personal record in Saturday’s Giovanni’s Boyd County Invitational Meet with a time of 17:18.29 in a 5K race. It was enough to place him 16th out of 194 runners.
Junior Brayden Sayers recorded is own 5K personal record with a mark of 18:48.36. Senior Gavin Cantrell finished with a time of 20:50.04. Freshman Jackson Keene finished with a personal record of 24:04.70 and Sophomore Gage May set a personal record with a time of 26:19.40.
