There is a hidden gem in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and he goes by the name of Steven Banks. Banks is a multi-sport athlete who is entering his senior season as a Belfry Pirate. Banks plays basketball, football, and baseball for his pirates squad.
Last season, Banks would compile quite the sports resume. He earned honors as a D&D Sports Network First Team All-Mountain member in baseball. Banks has also made all district and all region teams since he was a sophomore. To top off this impressive resume, he also received an offer from the University of Pikeville to play football. This young man can do it all!

Yesterday, PBR listed Banks name on a list that most athletes dream of being on. Prep Baseball Report listed Steven Banks as the number five player in the state at his position for 2023. With great honor comes great responsibility and great expectations. There is no doubt this young athlete will work hard to live up to the hype.
