With over 20 yards per carry, East Ridge running-back Isaiah Adkins earned the Double Kwik “Player of the Week” honors in Week-3. Adkins efforts led the Warriors to a 54-35 victory over Betsy Layne, the win gets the Warriors back in the winning column and has them setting at 2-1 on the year. East Ridge will be on a bye this coming week and will return to action on September 16th when they travel to Naugatuck, WV. to face a very solid Tug Valley Panthers squad.
